Follow the Code
Our Code of Conduct (now being part of Cencora, we follow the AB Code of Ethics) provides clear guidelines as to how we work and interact with each other, our clients and business partners. The Code of Conduct further demonstrates our company values and outlines how we ensure we operate a “Fair Business” and follow “Ethical behavior”.
Our Code of Conduct clarifies our mission, values and principles as an organization, linking them with standards of professional conduct. The Code of Conduct is the foundation for an effective ethics and compliance program. This further encourages discussions around ethics and compliance, empowering employees to handle ethical dilemmas they encounter in everyday work.
Data privacy and security
Every day we handle critical client and company data. As a responsible organization we are comitted to balance the consent, collection and use of data to improve performance and services, with a commitment to respect the privacy of stakeholders.
We also understand the need to have appropriate security measures in place to ensure personal data privacy is protected from destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. PharmaLex has also obtained ISO 27001 certification further proving our commitment to data privcay and security.
